?Q: I don't remeber my password from the last Artreach. How do I reset my password?
A:
 On the Login page, click "Forgot my password" and follow the instructions.
If you are not receiving the password rest emails, check your JUNK folder.
If you still can't find it, contact 
support@artcall.org. (Please note, that they can only help you with lost passwords. They can't answer any Art Reach questions.)


Q: How do I enter artwork for myself and a child or for multiple children?
A:
Each artist must be registered with a separate user profile and different email address. 
The registration process must be repeated to allow each artist's 1-5 entries to be uploaded and email addresses cannot be reused.

Q: How do I enter my child's artwork?
A:

Q: How do I print my artwork receipts?
A:
Log in to https://artreach2020.artcall.org/
On the top right of the screen, next to your name, select MY SUBMISSIONS
On the screen with your entries, click on the PRINTER icon in the INFO column
Print that screen and bring those receipts with you when you drop off your work.
 
Q: Can I change the photograph of my submission after I have uploaded it?
A:
Yes! You must delete the first photograph, called an "Attachment", and then you'll be prompted by the system to upload a new image.
